Aims of the DGfG

The DGfG represents the interests of geographers working at schools, universities and in practice.
The DGfG is engaged in conveying to the public the importance of geography as a school subject, as a science and practice-oriented discipline.

Membership

As the DGfG is the parent organisation and itself accepts no individual members, interested geographers are requested to apply to the relative sub-association.
